Simple care preserves color and brilliance. The dishwasher is allowed at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth, without rubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or "magic" sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents or anti-limescale products not specifically compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil and keep away from flames, hot plates and sources of intense heat. It is a serving item, not a vessel for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable and non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches or evident dulling, stop using for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material is BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. In the presence of children, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: search for color, recognizable shapes and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the craftsmanship and hand-blowing process. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance and color for a table that expresses your style. "To be yourself you must be me".

For the end of the product's life, follow your local council's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it following the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
