Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature cycle. Avoid intensive cycles, high heat, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the packaging instructions.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth, without scrubbing when dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even when washing by hand.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers that are not explicitly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These indications refer to cleaning products, not to the item's normal intended use.
• Do not use in ovens or microwaves, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or reheating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use with food and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material to be BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in ovens or microwaves. When children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blown processes. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

At the end of the product's life, follow your local council's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it following care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
