Serafino Zani has been producing stainless steel cookware since 1963. 

All the lines in the catalog are characterized by the special patented heat-diffusing base (US PAT. 4204607), which allows perfect diffusion of heat over the entire surface of the pan with minimal energy consumption. Thanks to this base it is possible to use the utensils on all heat sources: gas, electric plate, glass ceramic and induction.

The lids are designed to close perfectly and retain the substances released by the food during cooking. This allows you to carry out, in addition to traditional cooking, 'dietetic' cooking, without the addition of further seasonings, taking advantage of the water vapor or fat released by the cooked food.

The steel handles, handles and knobs are designed with comfort and safety in mind.
