Delivery of products purchased on www.zanishop.it occurs within an estimated time of 2 working days (Mon-Fri) from the order with Express Service. Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be processed the next working day, other orders will be processed approximately within 2 working days.
The Zani Serafino srl staff with the support of Elledi spa and the couriers chosen for the shipping service is constantly working to deliver all orders in the shortest time possible. Shipments of orders placed during Black Friday and in the days before Christmas may be slightly delayed due to the high number of orders. Orders received during the company closure for the summer and winter holidays (approximately 10-20 August, 23 December-6 January) will be handled when activities resume.
Shipping to Italy (excluding central Venice, disadvantaged areas and small islands) is free for orders over €59 (order cost with discount code already applied). Shipping cost for orders under €59 is €8.03 + 22% VAT.
When your package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track the delivery of your order. If you have created an account, you can view the status of your shipment by visiting the "My Orders" section of your Alessi account.
The courier usually chosen for the delivery of orders is TNT. Depending on the delivery area, the chosen courier may entrust the goods to local couriers.
Delivery times may be delayed in the following cases:
• in the case of holidays such as Christmas, August 15th and National Holidays.
• events beyond the control of the actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks due to strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits by public figures, etc.
• inventory or in case of extraordinary need.
Couriers do not deliver on holidays, pre-holidays and national holidays.
