Products purchased on www.zanishop.it are delivered in an estimated time of 2 working days (Mon-Fri) from the order date via Express Service. Orders placed by 12:00 will be processed the following working day; other orders will generally be processed within 2 working days.
The Zani Serafino s.r.l. staff, with the support of Elledi s.p.a. and our chosen courier services, is constantly working to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Shipments for orders placed during Black Friday and in the days leading up to Christmas may experience slight delays due to the high volume of orders. Orders received while the company is closed for summer and winter holidays (typically August 10-20, December 23-January 6) will be handled once operations resume.
Shipping within Italy (excluding Venice city center, remote areas, and smaller islands) is free for orders of €69 or more, calculated based on the order total with any discount code already applied. Below €69, the shipping cost is €9.98 VAT included, with no additional surcharges at checkout.
When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link you can click to track the delivery of your order. If you have created an account, you can check your shipping status by visiting the "My Orders" section of your zanishop.it account.
The courier typically chosen for order delivery is TNT. Depending on the delivery area, the chosen courier may entrust the goods to local carriers.
Delivery times may be subject to delays in the following cases:
• during holidays such as Christmas, Ferragosto (August 15th), and National Holidays.
• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, demonstrations, traffic accidents, visits by public figures, etc.
• inventory or in the event of extraordinary requirements.
Couriers do not make deliveries on holidays, days preceding holidays, or national public holidays.
