Simple care preserves color and brilliance. The dishwasher is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate program at low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth, without rubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers that are not explicitly compatible with acrylic. These indications concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Impact-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and drinks. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and contains references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and instructions for use; do not use in oven or microwave. In the presence of children, use under adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blowing techniques. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow the instructions of your municipality for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it respecting the care instructions, without putting it in contact with food when it is damaged.
