Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature cycle. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• When washing by hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without scrubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers not explicitly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These indications concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a vessel for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and drinks. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: the pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the craftsmanship and hand-blowing process. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For product end-of-life, follow the instructions of your local authority for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it according to the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
