Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwashing is allowed at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate program at a low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These indications refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in ovens or microwaves, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable and non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to maintain it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production lot indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in ovens or microwaves. Use under adult supervision if children are present: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the handcrafted blowing process. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

At the end of the product's life, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it while following the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
