Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature cycle. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-heat drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• When washing by hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or "magic" sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers that are not explicitly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not to the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. Store on a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident clouding, stop using the product for food contact and replace it.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to maintain it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation states that the material is BPA-free and cites compliance with Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments regarding materials intended to come into contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. Use with adult supervision if children are present; this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to artisanal crafting and glassblowing. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end of the product's life, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in accordance with care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
