Shipping policy

Products purchased on www.zanishop.it are delivered by express service within an estimated 2 working days (Monday to Friday) from the order date. Orders placed by 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the following working day; other orders will generally be dispatched within 2 working days.

The Zani Serafino s.r.l. team, supported by Elledi s.p.a. and the selected shipping carriers, works continuously to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed during Black Friday and in the days before Christmas may experience slight delays because of high order volumes. Orders received during the company's summer and winter holiday closures (approximately 10 to 20 August and 23 December to 6 January) will be processed when operations resume.

Shipping within Italy (excluding central Venice, remote areas and small islands) is free for orders of €69 or more, calculated on the order amount after any discount codes have been applied. For orders below €69, shipping costs €9.98 including VAT.

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. If you have created an account, you can also check the shipment status in the "My orders" section of your zanishop.it account.

Our usual carriers are DHL and TNT. Depending on the delivery area, the selected carrier may entrust the parcel to local carriers.

Delivery times may be delayed in the following cases:
• holidays such as Christmas, the mid-August holiday and national holidays;
• events beyond the control of those involved in distribution, such as natural disasters, road closures due to strikes, demonstrations, road accidents or visits by public figures;
• stocktaking or exceptional operational needs.

Carriers do not deliver on public holidays, on the days preceding public holidays or on national holidays.
