Match with Touch-MeL plates
High-quality melamine Touch-MeL plates and tableware complete the Synth table style, from lunch in the garden to service on a boat. They are a distinct collection, with their own care instructions. Discover the entire Touch-MeL range.
Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwashing is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a delicate low-temperature cycle. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
- For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, aggressive detergents, or anti-limescale products not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a vessel for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or visible dulling, discontinue contact with food and replace the product.
Impact-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production lot indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.
The history of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: the pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to artisanal manufacturing and blowing. Memento Synth takes this visual identity into a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in accordance with the care instructions, without using it for contact with food once damaged.
Ideas for your table
The glass accompanies the plate and ties together the table's colors. Complete the set with a pitcher, then pick up a shade in the plates or napkins for a set that feels like your own.
- MEMENTO SYNTH Small Pitcher, lime green methacrylate small pitcher: From pitcher to glasses, a set to share.
- MEMENTO SYNTH Small Bowl, avio blue methacrylate dessert bowl: Another piece from the Bally line, Memento Synth bubbles.
