Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwashing is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These indications concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a vessel for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
