Description
Serafino · Serafino Zani. Fish knife for separating and guiding bites of cooked fish on the plate. It completes a fish place setting alongside the matching fork; it is not a preparation or filleting knife.
Andries Van Onck and Hiroko Takeda have created a family of cutlery with a sculptural profile, also inspired by the shapes of the ginkgo leaf. Serafino brings to the table a design to be recognized and used, as part of the pleasure of hosting.
