Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate program at a low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the package.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, aggressive detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or visible dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to preserve it as best as possible, follow these instructions and those on the package.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the package. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in oven or microwave. If children are present, use with adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: a search for color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, blown glass production. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow the indications of your Municipality for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
