Washing, use and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwashing is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washing by hand.
- Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a gentle program at low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures and high-temperature drying; use a gentle detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth, without rubbing while dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
- For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These indications concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil and keep away from flames, hot plates and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable and non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches or evident dulling, stop using it for food contact and replace the product.
Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to preserve it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and contains references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use with adult supervision: it is not a toy.
The story of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a quest for color, recognizable shapes and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the craftsmanship and mouth-blowing process. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not mouth-blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local authority guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
Ideas for your table
The goblet completes a table designed for the pleasure of being together. Pair it with the water glass and choose plates and cutlery that accompany its character, from daily lunch to dinner with guests.
