Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid steel wool, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, aggressive detergents, or anti-limescale agents not expressly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions concern cleaning products, not the item's normal intended use.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident clouding, discontinue contact with food and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and contains references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in oven or microwave. If children are present, use with adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blowing techniques. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end of the product's life, follow your local municipality's instructions for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, without letting it come into contact with food when it is damaged.
