Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperature: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate program at low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth, without scrubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, aggressive detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These indications concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in ovens or microwaves, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, stop using for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these indications and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material is BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in ovens or microwaves. In the presence of children, use with adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: a search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blown production. Memento Synth reclaims this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow your municipality's instructions for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
