Pair with Touch-MeL plates
Touch-MeL plates and tableware in high-quality melamine complete the Synth table style, from garden lunches to boat service. They are a distinct collection, with their own care instructions. Discover the entire Touch-MeL range.
Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washing by hand.
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a gentle program at low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a gentle detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth, without rubbing dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even when washing by hand.
- Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These indications refer to cleaning products, not to the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. It is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and drops. Store on a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. If there are cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use with food and replace the product.
Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and references Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.
The history of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living at the table: a search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are tied to the artisan crafting and glass-blowing process. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For product end-of-life, follow your local municipal guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in accordance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
