Pair with Touch-MeL plates
Touch-MeL melamine plates and tableware of high quality complete the Synth table style, from lunch in the garden to boat service. They are a distinct collection with their own care instructions. Discover the full Touch-MeL range.
Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or "magic" sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
- For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.
Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these indications and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and provides references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production lot indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in oven or microwave. Use under adult supervision if children are present: this is not a toy.
The story of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the craftsmanship and artisan blowing process. Memento Synth takes this visual identity and applies it to a synthetic material with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
At the end of the product's life, follow your local council's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it while respecting the care instructions, without using it for food contact once damaged.
Ideas for your table
The glass accompanies the plate and ties together the colors of the table. Complete the service with a pitcher, then pick up a shade in the plates or napkins for a set that feels like your own.
