Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high heat, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scourers, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or "magic" sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during hand washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or anti-limescale products not explicitly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These indications refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In the event of cracks, deep scratches, or visible dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these indications and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for food and drink contact. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for food-contact materials, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. Use under adult supervision when children are present: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the handcrafted, glass-blowing process. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

At the end of the product's life, follow your local authority guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it according to the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
