Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the packaging instructions.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without scrubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not explicitly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, stop using for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for food and beverage contact. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. In the presence of children, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the craftsmanship and hand-blowing process. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table setting that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local council's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
