Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without scrubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during hand washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, aggressive detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. If cracks, deep scratches, or significant dulling are present, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and drinks. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and provides references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a quest for color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to artisanal crafting and glassblowing. Memento Synth reclaims this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it following the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
