Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-heat drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not explicitly compatible with acrylic. These indications refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. If cracks, deep scratches, or visible clouding appear, discontinue food contact use and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to preserve it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and references Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are tied to artisanal craftsmanship and glassblowing. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table setting that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For product end-of-life, follow your local municipal guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
