Simple care preserves color and shine. The dishwasher is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before its first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylics for cleaning. These instructions concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. If cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling appear, stop using for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to preserve it as best as possible, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material is BPA-free and contains references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in oven or microwave. Use under adult supervision in the presence of children: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted workmanship and blowing. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, shine, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

At the end of the product's life, follow your local municipal guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it following the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
