Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when hand washing.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate program at low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a delicate detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• When hand washing, use warm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth without scrubbing when dry.
• Avoid steel wool, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during hand washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or anti-limescale agents not explicitly compatible with acrylics. These indications refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue contact with food and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to maintain it best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and references Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in ovens or microwaves. In the presence of children, use with adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: search for color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blowing techniques. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it according to the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
