Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a gentle, low-temperature cycle. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth, without rubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the article's normal intended use.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. If there are cracks, deep scratches, or evident clouding, stop using it for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for food and beverage contact. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use with adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to artisanal craftsmanship and glassblowing. Memento Synth reinterprets this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

At the end of the product's life, follow your local council's instructions for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, and do not use it for food contact once damaged.
