Pair with Touch-MeL plates
Touch-MeL high-quality melamine plates and tableware complete the Synth table style, from lunch in the garden to serving on a boat. They are a distinct collection with their own care instructions. Discover the full Touch-MeL range.
Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is allowed at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.
- Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth, without rubbing dry.
- Avoid steel wool, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even when washed by hand.
- Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers that are not explicitly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions concern cleaning products, not the intended use of the item.
- Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a service item, not a container for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and drops. For storage, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.
Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and references Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for food-contact materials, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check for integrity and instructions for use; do not use in the oven or microwave. Use under adult supervision if children are present: it is not a toy.
The story of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: a search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to the handcrafted blowing process. Memento Synth incorporates this visual identity into a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For the end of the product's life, follow your local council's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it according to the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
Ideas for your table
The glass accompanies the plate and ties the colors of the table together. Complete the service with a pitcher, then pick up a shade in the plates or napkins for a set that feels like yours.
