Match with Touch-MeL plates
Touch-MeL plates and tableware in high-quality melamine complete the Synth table style, from garden lunches to boat service. They are a distinct collection with their own care instructions. Discover the entire Touch-MeL range.
Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth, without rubbing while dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or "magic" sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
- Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident clouding, stop using with food and replace the product.
Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for food and beverage contact. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for food-contact materials, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: this is not a toy.
The story of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a quest for color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blowing techniques. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in accordance with care instructions, avoiding food contact when damaged.
Ideas for your table
The glass accompanies the plate and ties the colors of the table together. Complete the service with a pitcher, then pick up a shade in the plates or napkins for a look that feels uniquely yours.
