Care, use, and safety
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- It is dishwasher safe. Arrange the pieces stably without them bumping into each other, use a program suitable for decorated ceramics, and follow detergent instructions.
- For hand washing, use mild detergent, lukewarm water, and a soft sponge. Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and aggressive scrubbing on the glaze.
- It is microwave safe according to the reference indications. Heat gradually and handle with caution: the tableware can become hot. Avoid heating it while empty.
- Do not use in traditional ovens, in the freezer, or on flames or hot plates. Avoid thermal shock, such as moving from a cold surface to a very hot one.
- Avoid impacts on the edges and between dishes. When stacking and storing, place pieces carefully and use a soft protection between decorated surfaces if necessary.
- Do not use cracked or chipped dishes, nor those with damaged glazing. Variations in the hand-painted decoration are an aesthetic feature; cracks and chips are damage.
- In case of breakage, collect and dispose of fragments carefully. Ceramics do not belong in glass recycling: follow your local municipality's rules.
Glazed ceramic suitable for food contact, according to supplier documentation. Do not use chipped, cracked, or glaze-damaged products. Avoid thermal shock and follow instructions for microwave and dishwasher use.
