Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwashing is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a delicate detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth, without rubbing dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic for cleaning. These instructions apply to cleaning products, not to the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hotplates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. For storage, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dullness, discontinue use for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for food contact materials, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living at the table: pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to artisanal crafting and glassblowing. Memento Synth takes this visual identity and applies it to a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For end-of-life, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it according to the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
