Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high heat, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth, without rubbing when dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers not explicitly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a serving item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. For storage, choose a stable and non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dullness, stop using for food contact and replace the product.

Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these indications and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. The Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production lot indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the Memento Originale glass line, the bubbles are linked to the craftsmanship and manual glassblowing. Memento Synth incorporates this visual identity into a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end of the product's life, follow your local municipality's instructions for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in accordance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
