Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. The dishwasher is permitted at low temperature: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.
- Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a delicate, low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth, without rubbing while dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
- For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These indications concern cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in an oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. It is a service item, not a container for cooking or reheating.
- Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store it, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or visible dulling, discontinue use in contact with food and replace the product.
Impact-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and drinks. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and contains references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production lot indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. In the presence of children, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.
The story of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: the pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to artisanal craftsmanship and blowing. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For the end of the product's life, follow your local council's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in accordance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
Ideas for your table
The glass accompanies the plate and ties the table's colors together. Complete the service with a pitcher, then pick up a shade in the plates or napkins for a set that feels like yours.
