The pans, saucepans, saucepans and pots of the Vickers non-stick line are made of 18/10 stainless steel and feature the characteristic Serafino Zani patented thermodiffusor base . The finish of the external body is mirror polished, while inside, there is a layer of extremely hard Titancoat, on which the layer of non-stick material is fixed. This combination offers good mechanical resistance and better adhesion of the non-stick material, thus resulting in excellent cooking of food with low energy use.
The covering is completely hygienic. The handles are made from stainless steel tube, filled with perlite (expanded lava rock, a refractory material that allows heat to be reduced and to capture any presence of humidity that could enter during washing) and fixed to the body with removable cubes.
The lids are made of heat-resistant glass and have a mirror-polished stainless steel knob.
