Design Tarcisio Zani. The pans of the Chef line are made of 18/10 stainless steel and feature the characteristic Serafino Zani patented heat-diffusing base, which also allows them to be used on induction. The finish of the body is mirror polished, on the outside as on the intent of the pan. The handles are made from stainless steel tube, filled with perlite (expanded lava rock, a refractory material that allows heat to be reduced and to capture any presence of humidity that could enter during washing) and fixed to the body with removable cubes.

The lids, in common with the Vickers series, are made of heat-resistant glass and have a mirror-polished stainless steel knob.
