Description
Casserole Vickers 20 cm Serafino Zani. For risotto, sauces, pulses and stews: a versatile vessel for moving from initial browning to cooking with liquid, adjusting the heat to the recipe. Lid included.
Designed by Tarcisio Zani, Vickers combines an 18/10 stainless steel structure with a non-stick cooking surface. The manufacturer describes a titanium Titancoat reinforcement layer and two non-stick layers, a different construction from the titanium cooking surface of 5 Padel. A heat-diffusing base completes the vessel.

Care and use
Use moderate heat and food-safe wooden, silicone or nylon utensils, avoiding blades and sharp points. Do not heat the empty pan for a prolonged period. Allow to cool before washing with water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; hand washing helps preserve the coating. This non-stick surface does not need high-temperature seasoning. For oven and dishwasher use, follow this reference’s instructions, including limits for handles and lids.
