The classic cylindrical shape of the pot finds a new characterization, thanks to the inclined profile of the handles and their large size, designed to make the grip safer and at the same time be a strong graphic sign, and thanks to the design solution of the lid housed in the body of the pot , which thus closes securely.

Al Dente proposes the characteristics of Serafino Zani 's production - use of high quality and thick material, attention to details and finishes, use of the special encapsulated thermo-diffuser base (US patent) on all fire pieces - magazines from Grcic's point of view.

I bring Pirofila Al Dente. Kostantin Grcic signs this series of baking dish holders in shaped metal (chromed brass), with cordieritic porcelain baking dishes in different sizes and shapes, to satisfy the various needs of cooking and serving at the table.
The high quality porcelain baking dishes, made by the historic Italian company Richard Ginori founded in 1735, are the only ones on the market, made of cordierite porcelain resistant to direct flame and tested for temperature changes (from 250° to cooling in running water). The baking dish holders are available in both oval and rectangular formats.
