32 cm diameter pan in high-thickness steel, 2 handles, high-quality double-layer non-stick coating and titanium. The mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel gives Vickers elegance and preciousness, also making it easier to clean. Designed to ensure easy handling and a safe grip, the handles are made of stainless steel and filled with perlite, a refractory material that prevents the transmission of heat from the body of the utensil. The patented Zani triple-bottom heat-diffuser ensures optimal heat distribution, avoiding energy waste and allowing it to be used on gas, electric plate, glass-ceramic and induction hobs. PFOA free, PFOS free.
