Description
Casserole Karen 20 cm Serafino Zani. For risotto, sauces, pulses and stews: a versatile vessel for moving from initial browning to cooking with liquid, adjusting the heat to the recipe.
Tarcisio Zani designed Karen around cylindrical bodies and perpendicular handles. The geometry helps organise a coordinated cookware collection; in the cooking vessels, stainless steel and a heat-diffusing base support everyday cooking with attention to materials and proportions.

Care and use
Allow to cool before washing. Use hot water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge; for stubborn residue, soften the dirt with water and detergent before removing. Rinse and dry to limit water spots and deposits. Do not use bleach or chlorine-based products and do not subject the hot vessel to sudden cooling. Stainless steel does not require seasoning: cooking performance depends on gradual preheating and proper management of heat and fats.
