Washing, use, and durability
Simple care preserves color and brilliance. The dishwasher is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires delicate treatment, even when washing by hand.
- Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
- In the dishwasher, choose a delicate low-temperature cycle. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a mild detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- When hand-washing, use warm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth, without rubbing dry.
- Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
- For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not to the normal intended use of the item.
- Do not use in ovens or microwaves, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a service item, not a vessel for cooking or heating.
- Avoid violent impacts and falls. To store, choose a stable and non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Check for integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, stop using it for food contact and replace the product.
Shock-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it in the best condition, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.
Safety and food contact
Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for food and beverage contact. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and provides references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.
The story of Memento bubbles
MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of living the table: pursuit of color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are tied to the artisan crafting and blowing. Memento Synth takes up this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.
For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic material. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact once damaged.
Ideas for your table
Water and drinks to be shared find a common point at the table in the pitcher. Pair it with tumblers: the same color for a coordinated look, different shades to give rhythm to the service.
- MEMENTO SYNTH Drink Glass, Lime Green acrylic cocktail tumbler: From pitcher to tumblers, a service to be shared.
- MEMENTO SYNTH Shot, Lime Green acrylic liquor shot glass: Another piece from the Bally line, Memento Synth bubbles.
- MEMENTO SYNTH Flute, Lime Green acrylic sparkling wine flute: A touch of green in the pairing.
