Description
Sauté pan Karen 22 cm Serafino Zani. The low profile gives vegetables, small cuts and braised dishes room to cook, making it easier to arrange ingredients and monitor the liquid.
Tarcisio Zani designed Karen around cylindrical bodies and perpendicular handles. The geometry helps organise a coordinated cookware collection; in the cooking vessels, stainless steel and a heat-diffusing base support everyday cooking with attention to materials and proportions.

Care and use
Let cool before washing. Use hot water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge; for stubborn residue, soften the dirt with water and detergent before removing it.
