Care and maintenance
Description
Sauté pan Karen 16 cm Serafino Zani. The low profile gives vegetables, small cuts and braised dishes room to cook, making it easier to arrange ingredients and monitor the liquid.
Tarcisio Zani designed Karen around cylindrical bodies and perpendicular handles. The geometry helps organise a coordinated cookware collection; in the cooking vessels, stainless steel and a heat-diffusing base support everyday cooking with attention to materials and proportions.

Care and use
Allow to cool before washing. Use warm water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge; for stubborn residue, soften the dirt with water and detergent before removing. Rinse and dry to limit spots and deposits. Do not use bleach or chlorine-based products and do not subject the hot container to sudden temperature changes. Stainless steel does not require seasoning: cooking performance depends on gradual preheating and correct management of heat and fats. For dishwasher and oven use, as well as handle and lid care, follow the specific instructions for each item.
