The 5 Padel line is declared by the manufacturer to be free of PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE. The cooking surface is free of synthetic non-stick coatings.

The 3PLY construction combines stainless steel, aluminum, and ferritic steel. The stainless steel offers a durable surface that is easy to care for, the aluminum contributes to heat distribution, and the ferritic layer allows for use on induction. Use it for searing, sautéing vegetables, and finishing sauces: it does not require the seasoning needed for iron and carbon steel.
