Description
Frying pan 5 Padel copper 32 cm Serafino Zani. The 4PLY construction combines an inner stainless steel surface, aluminium, ferritic steel and exterior copper. It responds to heat for controlled cooking, from delicate preparations to browning. Oxidation changes the copper’s appearance: retain the patina or polish it according to your preference and the instructions.
Designed in Lumezzane, the 5 Padel collection offers five materials with different responses to heat and care requirements, to suit the way you cook.
How to use it

Care and use
The 5 Padel manual allows hand washing or dishwasher cleaning. Soften residues with water and a little detergent before removing them with a sponge. Exterior copper may oxidise naturally; to retain a bright finish, use a suitable copper cleaner as directed, keeping it off the food-contact surface.
Allow to cool before washing and dry carefully. Follow this reference’s instructions for hobs, handles and accessories; use oven gloves when parts become hot.
