Description
Frying pan 5 Padel titanium 20 cm Serafino Zani. The 3PLY construction combines a titanium cooking surface, aluminium and ferritic steel. Titanium is not a non-stick coating: food release depends on temperature, fat and timing. The manufacturer recommends moderate heat rather than excessive power.
Designed in Lumezzane, the 5 Padel collection offers five materials with different responses to heat and care requirements, to suit the way you cook.

Care and use
The 5 Padel manual allows hand washing or dishwasher cleaning; water and detergent also help loosen food residues. It does not need the initial treatment specified for iron. Cook over moderate heat: excessive power does not improve the result.
Allow to cool before washing and dry carefully. Follow this reference’s instructions for hobs, handles and accessories; use oven gloves when parts become hot.
