Description
Frying pan 5 Padel iron 24 cm Serafino Zani. Single-layer iron suits quick cooking of eggs, burgers, meat and vegetables. The surface improves with use and the manufacturer’s prescribed treatment; dry thoroughly and protect it with a little oil. Protect the wooden handle during washing and keep it out of the oven.

Care and use
For first use, the 5 Padel manual prescribes an oil-and-heat treatment followed by cooling, washing and drying: follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Wash by hand to protect the wooden handle, dry immediately and apply a thin film of oil before storage. Avoid acidic foods. Do not put the pan in the oven with its wooden handle.
Allow to cool before washing and dry carefully. Follow this reference’s instructions for hobs, handles and accessories; use oven gloves when parts become hot.
