Simple care preserves color and shine. Dishwasher use is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washing by hand.

• Wash the product before first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a gentle cycle at low temperature. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a gentle detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth without scrubbing while dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or "magic" sponges. They can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• Do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or limescale removers not expressly compatible with acrylics for cleaning. These indications refer to cleaning products, not the item's normal intended use.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and intense heat sources. It is a serving item, not a vessel for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable, non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check for integrity before use. In the presence of cracks, deep scratches, or noticeable dullness, discontinue use with food and replace the product.

Impact-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to maintain it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable MS/methacrylate item intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. Use under adult supervision in the presence of children: this is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: a quest for color, recognizable shapes, and the unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to the handcrafted, glass-blowing process. Memento Synth captures this visual identity in a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For product end-of-life, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it in compliance with the care instructions, without using it for food contact when damaged.
