Description

Sauté pan Karen 24 cm Serafino Zani. The low profile gives vegetables, small cuts and braised dishes room to cook, making it easier to arrange ingredients and monitor the liquid. Lid not included.

Tarcisio Zani designed Karen around cylindrical bodies and perpendicular handles. The geometry helps organise a coordinated cookware collection; in the cooking vessels, stainless steel and a heat-diffusing base support everyday cooking with attention to materials and proportions.
