Care and maintenance
Wash the product before first use and ensure it is intact.
It is dishwasher safe. Arrange it stably, leaving space between the pieces to avoid contact and impact during the cycle; choose a delicate cycle suitable for glass and a non-abrasive detergent.
By hand, use lukewarm water, mild detergent, and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth, without applying force to the rim or twisting the stem of the glasses.
Avoid thermal shock: do not pour very hot liquids into cold glass and do not cool a hot object abruptly. For cups and mugs, bring the glass to temperature gradually.
Do not use in a traditional oven, microwave, or on flames and hot plates. The product is intended for serving, not for cooking or heating food.
Avoid impacts, drops, utensils that may strike the rim, steel wool, and abrasive products. Do not force-stack shapes that are not designed to be stackable.
Do not use pieces with cracks, chips, or damaged edges. Such damage does not constitute a normal aesthetic variation of handcrafted glass.
In case of breakage, collect fragments using protective gloves and clean thoroughly. For the disposal of glass and packaging, follow your local municipal regulations.
