Simple care preserves color and brilliance. Dishwashing is permitted at low temperatures: the material requires gentle treatment, even when washed by hand.

• Wash the product before the first use and check that it is intact.
• In the dishwasher, choose a gentle low-temperature program. Avoid intensive cycles, high temperatures, and high-temperature drying; use a gentle detergent compatible with acrylic materials and follow the instructions on the packaging.
• By hand, use lukewarm water, gentle detergent, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean, soft cloth, without scrubbing when dry.
• Avoid scouring pads, abrasive powders, and micro-abrasive sponges, including melamine or “magic” sponges. These can scratch or dull the surface even during manual washing.
• For cleaning, do not use alcohol, solvents, harsh detergents, or descalers not expressly compatible with acrylic. These instructions refer to cleaning products, not the normal intended use of the item.
• Do not use in the oven or microwave, do not boil, and keep away from flames, hot plates, and sources of intense heat. This is a service item, not a container for cooking or heating.
• Avoid violent impacts and drops. When storing, choose a stable and non-abrasive surface, away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Check integrity before use. In case of cracks, deep scratches, or evident dulling, stop using it for food contact and replace the product.

Impact-resistant does not mean indestructible or scratch-proof. Excessive heat, abrasion, and incompatible cleaning products can alter the surface: to keep it at its best, follow these instructions and those on the packaging.

Reusable item in MS/methacrylate intended for contact with food and beverages. Memento Synth documentation declares the material BPA-free and cites references to Reg. (EC) 1935/2004 and Reg. (EU) 10/2011 and subsequent amendments for materials in contact with food, as well as Reg. (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Production batch indicated on the packaging. Country of production: China. Check integrity and usage instructions; do not use in the oven or microwave. If children are present, use under adult supervision: it is not a toy.

MEMENTO has transformed glassware into a personal way of experiencing the table: search for color, recognizable shapes, and unmistakable Bally bubbles. In the glass Memento Originale line, the bubbles are linked to handcrafted, glass-blowing techniques. Memento Synth takes this visual identity into a synthetic material, with its own range of shapes and colors: Synth is not blown glass. The collection combines transparency, brilliance, and color for a table that expresses your style. “To be yourself you must be me”.

For the end-of-life of the product, follow your local municipality's guidelines for this type of recyclable plastic item. Reuse it following the care instructions, without using it for food contact when it is damaged.
