Care and use
Hand wash with mild detergent, do not soak. Dry the blade, metal parts, and rosewood handle immediately. Do not wash in the dishwasher and do not place the handle on hot surfaces.
Use the product according to its function and the reference instructions. For food contact, use clean, intact surfaces. Pointed or sharp parts: keep out of reach of children and do not use as a lever.
