The Santoku is a typical and fascinating Japanese kitchen knife whose name - 三徳包丁 - means three virtues, or three uses. A master in slicing the most delicate foods thanks to the blade's alveoli, it is also perfectly balanced for mincing and dicing. Its main features are the wide blade, the balance and the adaptability to different uses in precisely cutting both meat, fish and vegetables. The knife is equipped with a blade cover.
